When you have a exclusive buyer representation with Access Community Realty, you have made the best choice of all the real estate brokerages. The following has legally occurred to have this brokerage relationship;
In addition to Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement, Access Community Realty agent must have consulted and advised our clients about our Brokerage Relationships below;
- A signed written Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement has been signed by the buyer and broker or (agent of the broker ) that outlines the duties and responsibilities of each party of the contract. Contract is designed to protect the interest and needs of the buyer.
- Buyer's interests, wants, desires, and needs MUST be known to the agent in order to use his or her best efforts to procure a person ready, willing and able to sell desired property to buyer.
- Broker through his or her agent has advised you of Broker's compensation and whether Broker will share such compensation with other brokers who may represent other parties in the transaction.
- Broker’s and his or her agent's are obligated to keep certain information confidential that you have disclosed that does not violate local, state and federal laws.
