STEP FIVE Add a payment schedule based on work completed to your agreement. Don’t make payments ahead of schedule or before work is completed according to YOUR AGREEMENT
STEP SIX MAKE SURE YOUR KEEP A FILE WITH A THE PAPERWORK AND RECEIPTS FOR ALL PAYMENTS.
STEP SEVEN NEVER PAY IN CASH. BE CAUTIOUS IF ASK TO PAY LARGE AMOUNTS UPFRONT OR PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF PROJECT.
STEP EIGHT INSPECT THE PROJECT OR HIRE SOMEONE QUALIFIED TO INSPECT THE PROJECT. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR PROJECT BUDGET.
Scope Of Work Promises
Provide customers with services and products known to promote energy efficiency, while protecting health and safety.
Maintain in good standing all appropriate and necessary licenses and insurance.

Representations Of Services And Fees
All representation regarding services and qualifications contractors shall be truthful and accurate in all material respects.
Contractors shall fully disclose all applicable charges, as well as the general scope and deliverables of services, prior to conducting work.
Professional Conduct
Contractors shall refrain from speaking to others in a manner that will diminish the profession or service.
Contractors shall not engage in any conduct that is detrimental to the reputation or the best interests of Access Community Realty Vendor Connection.
